30 Minutes for Me - Spa Sunday

As part of our 30 Minutes for Me series, NH Style Magazine is asking you to set aside thirty minutes each day just for yourself.  To kick off the series we are focusing on a weekly thirty minute ritual for pampering yourself that we call Spa Sunday.
